Checkout / Payment Problems

Please Note: Only numbers and letters should be entered into the name and address boxes on the checkout page. If there are any boxes that do not apply to you, for example if you do not have a VAT/Tax number or a Fax number, please leave these boxes blank.

 

If you enter any dots, commas, full-stops, slashes or any other characters into the telephone or fax boxes, this can cause your payment to be rejected by SagePay .
